Preetisha Kashyap

Hi! I'm Preetisha. I am a qualified psychotherapist with a Master's degree in psychology from Ambedkar University, Delhi. I have been practising for more than 2 years through online individual therapy. I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and self and body image difficulties. My approach to therapy is based on my belief that our hurt and pain cannot be easily diminished through quick solutions or a simple going over of details. In sessions, I try to create a space that feels safe, with pauses in between conversation, so that we can be authentically ourselves - free to feel and think as we truly do, without judgement. In my free time, I like to read books and enjoy gazing at art.
