Sara Giusy Castelli

As a licensed psychologist, and a Gestalt therapist I provide compassionate and professional support and evidence-based techniques, such as EMDR therapy, to assess and treat depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, work related difficulties, stress, traumas. Providing a non-judgmental environment, I foster self awareness in a therapeutical alliance based on respect, responsibility, confidentiality, that aims to explore with curiosity the patient's inner world and his/her ways to stay in the world and to eventually discover new creative adjustment to his/her reality and inner resources to cope with it. I offer individual, couple and group sessions in Italian, Spanish, English.
