I’m a certified counsellor with a master’s degree in Psychotherapy and a specialized diploma and bachelor’s degree in Counselling for survivors of sexual abuse also certified as a positive discipline parent educator by the American PDA. I've started my counselling career since 2018, and started using my social media platforms as a social media influencer March 2018 to raise the community awareness by equipping parents and care givers with the needed awareness and tools to raise a healthy child. I believe that changing our parenting daily struggles is real and building a healthy character in our children is a journey full with awareness. Helping people improve the quality of their lives has been one of my life's most extraordinary pursuits and meaning-making, I have helped clients struggling with Anxiety, Depression, PTSD , relationship issues ,self-esteem struggles and suicidal or self-harming behaviors . In my practice, I use an Integrative approach where I devise tailored interventions and personalized treatment plans using a combination of techniques from the different schools of psychotherapy such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) , Attachment Theory , Somatic Therapy , Empty chair Therapy and mindfulness-based approaches to meet the diverse needs, backgrounds, personalities and goals of the different clients I serve.
