My prior background was in sociology as researcher and lecturer working mainly with ethnic minorities. My Gestalt approach helps us understand what's happening for you right now, making sense of emotions and patterns. I offer on-line therapy and supervision. Since 2015 till 2024 I worked in the Havens, NHS specialist service for people who have been raped or sexually assaulted. I have extensive experience working with trauma,
