I am a Psychology postgraduate with a strong academic foundation and a genuine interest in mental health, counselling, psychological research, and community well-being. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a keen interest in understanding human behaviour and supporting individuals through psychological and emotional challenges. I have gained practical exposure through internships at Prabal Drug De-Addiction & Psychiatric Hospital, where I worked with individuals dealing with addiction, provided counselling support, and conducted the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE). I also completed an internship at Sujav, where I learned about counselling techniques, different approaches to counselling, and their practical application.
