Hi! I'm a psychologist with experience of a wide variety of situations and treatments, having worked in child and adolescent psychiatry, a primary care mental health clinic, and as a school pscyhologist. Primarily, my clientele has involved children and adolescents with everything from anxiety to behavioral issues, depression, low self-esteem, issues regarding identity, stress, school refusal, and relational problems. The therapeutic orientation I was trained in is cognitive-integrative, which means I have my main knowledge base in cognitive theory, but am able to adapt and apply different schools of therapy to suit the individual client I am working with the best. I received my license to practice psychology in February 2024.
