I'm a Clinical Psychology professional with two years of supervised clinical training during my M.Phil., working with diverse client populations across clinical settings. My approach is eclectic, with a strong foundation in Emotion-Focused Therapy, integrated with CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based interventions. I believe that empathy, validation, and a strong therapeutic relationship are central to meaningful change. I'm particularly interested in working with young adults, and I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel understood while developing practical skills to navigate their challenges. I'm committed to ethical, client-centered practice and continuous learning as a clinician.
