I’m a doctoral-level addiction professional specializing in substance use, co-occurring mental health concerns, relapse prevention, and anger management. Licensed as an LCDC in Texas and LADC in Massachusetts, I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support for adults facing alcohol or drug use, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions. My strengths-based approach helps clients identify triggers, build coping skills, manage anger, and create a personalized path toward recovery and lasting wellness.
