I am a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) Licensed Clinical Psychologist Associate with a strong interest in clinical assessment, psychotherapy, and evidence-based psychological interventions. My clinical experience includes working with individuals presenting with anxiety, depression, OCD, personality-related concerns, emotional difficulties, substance-use concerns, and other psychological and behavioural difficulties. I have experience in psychological assessment, case formulation, therapeutic planning, and delivering structured interventions. My therapeutic approach draws from CBT, DBT, REBT, ACT, ERP, and Schema Therapy, with interventions tailored to the individual’s needs, concerns, and treatment goals. I am passionate about continuous learning and ethical clinical practice.
