As a Registered Psychologist and Registered Psychometrician with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from different psychological perspectives and evidence-informed techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. I aim to provide a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where individuals can better understand themselves, navigate emotional and behavioral challenges, and work toward meaningful personal growth. My goal is to support clients in developing healthier coping strategies, strengthening self-awareness, and building a more fulfilling life at their own pace.
