"I hold an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from Mizoram University (2025). I have completed foundational and practical training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Behavioural Modification Therapy (BMT). Additionally, I have received foundational training in the Solution Focused Approach (SFA). I prefer an eclectic and client-centred approach in psychotherapy, prioritising compassion and empathy toward my clients."
