I am a trainee counsellor and my experience across mental health and clinical hospital settings has reinforced something I've always believed that people are best understood in their context, not reduced to a label or a diagnosis. I take an integrative but deeply humanistic approach to my work. No single model fits everyone, and what drives me is the belief that with the right conditions, every person has the capacity to grow. Working with children and adolescents with ADHD, ASD, and other developmental concerns has been one of the parts of my training I have found most meaningful.
