My name is Eduardo Maia Fernandes, I'm a psychologist with experience both in self-help groups and individual therapy for some years now. My practice is centered on the respect for the rhythm and needs of the patient, accompanying the situations they must go through always with a sympathetic and empathetic attitude. My goal is not to change the person into someone they are not but rather to accompany and guide them in the self-discovery process so that they can live a more authentic life, with a greater self-esteem and self-acceptance. I have a Master's Degree in Clinical and Health Psychology and am a Certified EMDR Therapist, my specialties are Personal Development and Processing Trauma, with extensive experience in Dependency and Addictive Behaviors.
