I’m a therapist practicing since 2024, creating a warm, collaborative space for families. I integrate Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, experiential, and play therapy to help children, parents, and caregivers build resilience, connection, and practical coping skills. With a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy and clinical experience in rehabilitation, I bring a holistic, evidence-based understanding of how body, mind, and environment shape well-being. Together, we’ll work toward sustainable change.
