I am a Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology, with supervised clinical experience across psychiatric hospitals and clinical settings. My clinical training has provided me with extensive exposure to psychological assessment, clinical interviewing, case history taking, Mental Status Examination (MSE), case formulation, psychological report writing, psychoeducation, and psychotherapy. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults across both Outpatient (OPD) and Inpatient (IPD), gaining experience with a diverse range of psychiatric and psychological presentations. For me, therapy is about creating a space where individuals can safely sit with their thoughts and feelings, feel understood rather than judged, and be supported in moving towards meaningful life.
