I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP), and Qualified Supervisor (QS) with over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and substance use disorders.
