Ashley Crocker

I'm Ashley, an accredited counsellor and coach from Dorset. I work remotely with men who know something isn't right but haven't quite got the words for it yet. Often they've been pushing through for months before they reach out. I offer a straight-talking, yet genuinely compassionate approach to all my clients. It's about understanding what's actually going on underneath, so you can start to move forward with more clarity and less weight. I also enjoy working with individuals who are exploring how neurodiversity might be showing up in their lives. Whether that's always feeling like things are harder than they should be, or simply starting to ask new questions about yourself, all of that is welcome here.
