Sarah-Jane Covell

I have a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology and a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a registered counsellor and psychotherapist (MBACP) offering warm, compassionate support to adults, couples and young people. My approach is integrative and relational, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches to suit the individual. I work with anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, divorce and separation, trauma, low self-esteem and times of significant change, providing a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understand what may be happening beneath the surface and begin to find a way forward.
