I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals heal from trauma, reclaim their stories, and reconnect with their worth. I specialize in working with veterans, justice-involved individuals, and others navigating complex trauma or systemic barriers to care. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and a deep belief in the power of resilience. I integrate CBT, DBT-informed strategies, and narrative therapy to help clients build lives that align with their values. Outside of therapy, I’m committed to advocacy work focused on human rights, reintegration, and dismantling harmful systems.
