I am an I/O Psychology professional with a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, passionate about understanding people at work and applying psychological principles to improve employee experiences, organizational effectiveness, and workplace outcomes. My academic and practical experience has given me exposure to areas including employee relations, organizational behaviour, employee engagement, workplace motivation, job stress, emotional intelligence, conflict management, and organizational research. During my experience with Tata Motors, I gained hands-on exposure to employee relations within a large industrial organization, developing a practical understanding of workplace dynamics, employee-management interactions, communication, and organizational processes.
