Sheila Tervit

I am a PhD level clinical and health Psychologist registered in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. I have extensive experience providing adult assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based individual therapy in a variety of settings (private practice, hospital, community agency, and virtual). I emphasize a client-centred, culturally sensitive, and inclusive approach to supporting adults and couples through complex health, adjustment, mood, anxiety, trauma/stress, and general mental health concerns, with demonstrated ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
