I am a German positive psychologist with international academic experience in Germany, Finland, the Netherlands and Switzerland.



My principal areas of interest and expertise include but are not limited to positive psychology, embodiment, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I work with a supportive and resource oriented coaching style that is rather solution-oriented than analytic.
