I am a Counselling Psychologist with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field, including 4 years of experience providing counselling through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and private practice. I work with adults experiencing a range of concerns and have experience providing short-term and longer-term therapy, crisis intervention, and evidence-informed psychological support. My approach is integrative, client-centred, and trauma-informed, with a focus on creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard and understood. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I work with clients to understand their individual experiences, needs, and goals and identify approaches that feel meaningful and practical for them.
