I am a relational psychotherapist, with training in Relational Transactional Analysis & Psychodrama. My work focuses on relationships, attachment, self-worth, identity, breakup and divorce, emotional patterns, and the challenges often experienced by high-achieving individuals. I offer a warm, collaborative and non-judgmental space where clients can explore themselves & their relationships with curiosity & honesty. My approach combines relational dialogue with experiential methods from Psychodrama, helping clients understand recurring patterns, access different perspectives and develop more meaningful ways of relating to themselves and others. I see the therapeutic relationship itself as an important part of the process and value authenticity, psychological safety & genuine human connection
