Aneeba Tahir

I am an MS Clinical Psychology graduate with over 840 hours of supervised clinical training and practical experience working with adults across clinical and community-based settings. My clinical approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with additional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based interventions. Through my clinical training, I have developed experience in psychological assessment, case conceptualization, therapeutic intervention, clinical documentation, and providing client-centered psychological support. I have worked with individuals presenting with a range of psychological and emotional concerns, which has strengthened my ability to establish therapeutic rapport, understand individual needs.
