I am a Licensed Clinician in both NY and FL States with a Counseling Psychology Masters of Science and post graduate certifications, including Trauma Focused CBT, Person Centered care, Psychotherapy, and Gottman's. I have over 10 years experience in different mental health practice settings treating a range of diagnoses. I specialize in trauma, empowering others to access their innate strengths to cope with the challenges life brings, with psychoeducation to gain insights into the subconscious. I enjoy working with women overcoming trauma, and young adults, equipping clients with the tools they need to manage anxiety, finding balance, peace and a deeper spiritual meaning.
