I am a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Psychology postgraduate committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive therapeutic space. I support individuals who are navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, and emotional challenges. With training in Psychological First Aid, Crisis Intervention, and Trauma & Grief Management, I integrate evidence-based approaches with genuine empathy and active listening. My focus is on helping clients feel understood, build emotional resilience, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change at their own pace. I am deeply committed to maintaining strict confidentiality, ethical practice, and delivering high-quality, client-centred care.
