Annu Rani is an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in personality disorders, with a particular focus on Borderline and Dependent Personality Disorder. She holds an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology (RCI recognized) and has worked across psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, and rehabilitation centers in Delhi NCR and Rajasthan. Her therapeutic approach is eclectic, primarily integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), grounded in the belief that personality patterns often underlie a client's presenting symptoms. Beyond personality work, she has extensive experience treating anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, and trauma.
