I am a Clinical Psychology postgraduate with an RCI-recognised Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling, with a particular interest in working with children and adolescents. My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and evidence-informed, with a focus on emotional well-being, adjustment, stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, and behavioural concerns. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported.
