I decided to pursue an education and career in counselling, throughout my training I have studied the works of humanists, behaviourists, delved into the psychodynamic sphere which I have also used as a method within vocational training. I was working as a counsellor at Bromley Community Counselling Service, on a one-to-one basis with long-term clients and with short-term clients on the IAPT service. I also run a private practice from home. I am currently working as a remote counsellor/psychotherapist at Teladoc Health. Working with clients suffering from mild mental health conditions, work related stress and bereavement.
