I am a British trained Clinical Psychologist specialising in Adult Mental Health and Health Psychology. have extensive experience in the psychological assessment and treatment of adults presenting with a range of mental health concerns. My approach is culturally sensitive, compassionate, and tailored to each client, and I have contributed to developing culturally adapted treatments. I draw on CBT, CFT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, and MBSR. I speak English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi. My training is accredited by the BPS, and I am regulated by the HCPC.
