I am an MBACP Accredited Counsellor with over 20 years’ experience across private practice, NHS primary care, EAPs and specialist gambling services. I work with people who know something needs to change, but may not know how to make that happen. Often, it’s the things we’re not fully aware of that quietly control our lives. Counselling offers an opportunity to hear yourself properly — what you think, what you need and want, what ails you, and where you would like your life to be. My approach is collaborative and integrative, with particular experience in gambling, addiction and recovery, anxiety, relationships, loss and life change. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship can bring things into focus, open up new perspectives and create possibilities for meaningful change.
