MOITREL

After 3 years in counseling adults and teenagers I feel ready to expand my practice. I taught English in my early years but now I created my company (it allows me to accompany different people : disabled persons, people with health problems, young and adults in need of a guidance) and I also manage people in a small mental health practice. As a therapist and as manager I use active listening, benevolence and mindfulness to understand and guide as best as I can the people who seek my help. In order to do that I pick tools in my psychology studies, my knowledge in neurosciences, biology and stress reduction techniques and also find inspiration in my professional and personal experiences.
