Valentina Daverio

I am a Clinical Psychologist specializing in Gestalt Psychotherapy, with strong experience supporting expatriates, international professionals, and multicultural families through the emotional and relational challenges associated with relocation and cross-cultural transitions. My clinical work focuses on individuals, couples, families, and adolescents, with particular attention to work-related stress, family dynamics, parenting, relationship issues, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Gestalt Therapy and integrates a phenomenological, relational, and evidence-based perspective. I also have a special interest in sleep medicine and non-ordinary states of consciousness, and I have presented my research at national conferences in the field of sleep medicine.
