As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in a variety of settings, it is my pleasure to support you on your journey to finding balance, healing, transformation, and achievement of your goals. I specialize in anxiety, depression, domestic violence, divorce/familial challenges, parenting, sexual assault, grief/loss, OCD, and trauma. You will be provided with a warm, supportive, non-judgement environment that is safe for you to be vulnerable and work collaboratively towards your goals. Primary treatment modalities include, but are not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, and active empathic listening.
