Aurelia Erivynn

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) as well as a licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) with experience in community mental health, inpatient treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and correctional settings working with adult men in sex offender treatment. I have recently returned from living abroad in the Philippines where I worked through a local agency with local and expat residents as well as internationally. I specialize in helping adults manage anxiety, navigate life transitions, strengthen self-esteem, cultivate mindfulness, deepen spiritual awareness, and create a healthier work-life balance. Outside of counseling, I enjoy practicing yoga and meditation which also reflects my holistic approach to well-being.
