I offer counseling and coaching mostly in the areas of trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship and family matters. I work with individuals, couples and families. I have worked on suicide helpline as a counsellor , with children in an international school and recently I am working at Indian Air Force as a Psychologist .Having been in the field for over 3 years; I have a passion for assisting clients to overcome challenges; seeing them become the best version of themselves and living within their purpose.
