About

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years post qualifying experience working in adult mental health in a variety of settings. I specialised in eating disorders in the early stages of my career and more recently have been working in NHS services for complex trauma, anxiety and depression. I now work in private healthcare supporting people via employee assistance programmes. I am an integrative therapist, and draw upon a variety of approaches such as CBT, ACT, compassion focused therapy and parts work. I have expertise in coercive control, group psychological abuse, institutional betrayal, spiritual and religious abuse. I am an intersectional feminist, LGBTQIA friendly and an anti-racist practitioner.
