I am a caring Psychology graduate with experience working in psychiatric settings. I completed a one-month clinical observership at IMH Kilpauk, where I observed in-patient and out-patient cases under the HOD of Clinical Psychology. I am trained in CBT, mindfulness techniques, supportive therapy, and psychoeducation. I have also done research on topics like well-being and life satisfaction. I want to keep learning and contribute to mental health care under experienced guidance.
