I am a licensed psychologist and university lecturer with experience in individual psychological support, higher education, and academic research. My clinical work focuses on helping people navigate emotional challenges, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and other mental health concerns through an evidence-based and client-centered approach. I believe that effective psychological support begins with building a genuine therapeutic relationship, where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. My goal is to provide a safe and collaborative space that encourages self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.
