Andrea Ortiz

I'm a professional with four years of experience in individual therapy, for teens and older. While my theoretical focus lies in Humanistic Gestalt therapy, I use evidence-based resources and exercises during the consultant's process to ensure their progress and well-being, working together with them to find their goals and objectives to achieve or approach during our sessions. As part of the LGBTQ+ community, and as a Mexican woman, I work hard to ensure the therapy space becomes a place and time of understanding and security for each consultant that approaches for guidance.
