Hello! I'm Jesika, a Counselling Psychologist committed to providing a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely. I hold a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Psychology, am pursuing an M.A. in Psychology, have completed a PG Diploma in Guidance & Counselling from Jamia Millia Islamia, and am currently pursuing an RCI-recognized PG Diploma in Guidance & Counselling. My training at Fortis Healthcare, SMS Psychiatric Hospital, ICHARS, and educational settings has equipped me to support individuals facing stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, academic and career challenges, and life transitions. I follow an evidence-based, client-centred approach, integrating techniques from CBT, humanistic, and eclectic therapies to tailored support.
