"I was very fortunate to find a therapist like her. She has helped me overcome anxiety and depression from which I was suffering for more than a decade. She listens patiently, I think that is a very good thing."

"She will ask you the same questions over and over which made me wonder if she was even listening. In the middle of the session she spoke about how I should rebook, how therapy doesn’t work in one day and i felt like it was unnecessary to talk about that in the middle of the session."

"I’ve been taking therapy sessions on the Mantra app with Diksha, and I genuinely feel so grateful to have connected with her. From the very beginning, I wasn’t unsure about taking therapy, but I was curious—curious about who my therapist would be and whether we’d be able to build that sense of rapport. With Diksha, that connection was immediate and natural. She’s been nothing short of fantastic—a compassionate, non-judgmental listener who holds space for you without pity or superficial responses. What makes her truly special is how easy it is to open up to her. She doesn’t rush you or fill silences unnecessarily. Even if I spoke for 45 or 50 minutes in a one-hour session, not once did she flinch or lose patience. And in the last few minutes, we’d dive into meaningful strategies or reflections on how to move forward. For me, it was never about advice or quick fixes. I just needed a safe space and a genuinely listening ear—and Diksha has been exactly that. She asks the right questions, the kind that gently guide you into exploring your deeper thoughts and emotions. I’ve even been able to talk to her about childhood traumas—things I wouldn’t share with just anyone. That kind of openness only comes when you truly believe in the person you're speaking to. Diksha has been a grounding presence in my journey. I’m so glad I found her through Mantra. "
