About

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a clinical supervisor in New York State. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, OCD, and the deeper existential questions that often come with them — who am I, what do I actually want, what gives my life meaning, and how do I live in a way that feels true. My approach is warm and direct, and it weaves together two things that don't always live in the same room: evidence-based methods like Prolonged Exposure (PE) for PTSD, ERP for OCD, trauma-focused CBT, DBT, and ACT — and existential therapy that takes the larger questions seriously. Symptoms matter, and so does meaning. I help clients work on both.
