I am a psychologist and Mental Health and Psychosocial Support professional with experience in hospital, community and research settings. At AIIMS Jodhpur, I worked on the National Mental Health Survey-2 and conducted structured assessments with adolescents, adults, older persons and vulnerable groups. I was trained by NIMHANS Bengaluru in ICD-11 guidelines using the FLI-11 instrument. I have supported people with depression, anxiety, trauma symptoms, suicidal thoughts, substance-use concerns and severe mental health conditions. At CanKids KidsCan, I counselled children with cancer and their caregivers at AIIMS Delhi and other hospitals using Expressive arts therapy, SIC, grief support and psychoeducation. My approach is empathetic, confidential, person-centred and culturally sensitive.
