As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I am specially trained in helping clients process, heal from, and cope with trauma and adverse childhood experiences. Using Trauma-informed therapy, I focus on "What happened to you?" rather than "What is wrong with you?" and prioritize safety, trust and empowerment. Building on a trusting relationship, together we explore the client's concerns and create a plan to support each person in reaching their goals. By tailoring a healing plan that focuses on both needs and strengths, I aim to create a safe space where growth and healing can flourish.
