As a M.Sc. Clinical Psychology graduate, I provide a safe and confidential space to help the clients explore their emotions, thoughts and behaviour. With Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) lens, I aim to help clients develop distance from their recurrent thought patterns, challenge them and develop more adaptive thought pattern.
