I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a Ph.D. in Psychology and extensive experience providing online psychotherapy since 2016. My practice focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, emotional well-being, and personal and professional development. Drawing on evidence-based approaches, Psychodrama, and Positive Psychology, I offer compassionate and personalized care in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. I work collaboratively with each client to understand their unique experiences, strengthen emotional resources, develop healthier coping strategies, and promote meaningful, lasting change. Sessions are available in Portuguese and English.
