I am a psychodynamic counsellor offering a warm, non-judgemental and collaborative space where clients can explore the challenges they are facing. I support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, bereavement and life transitions. By working together to better understand patterns, emotions and relationships, I help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, fostering greater self-awareness, resilience and lasting change.
