My interest in psychology began long before I formally studied it. Living with a lifelong chronic health condition, working in banking, and spending years in the financial markets all led me to the same question: how do people think, adapt, and make decisions under uncertainty? I completed my Master's in Counselling Psychology and a 240-hour supervised clinical internship at the Indian Red Cross Society, where I worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, adjustment difficulties, and relationship concerns. My approach is grounded in empathy, careful listening, and evidence-based practice, with an emphasis on understanding each person's unique experiences before exploring change.
